Got busted in Texas 1 month before i was going to leave for California..

This is my first Offence..
My Charges are:
Class b misdemeanor - For 2 oz or less i had a g... 2500$
Class C misdemeanor - pipe.... 1500$
-It's also right after Christmas so im broke and cant afford a attorney

What to suspect? i haven't got a court date and i had to spend Christmas in jail..

also should i smoke what i have left.....??

i got caught with 2 grams and a big bag of stems cuz for some reason i was obsessed with chewing on stems for a while and i just did 5 hours of community service and like a 200 dollar fine

and i can get it es-ponged now too

but i was under 18 and that was around the time i got sent to a detention high school

What county did you get snagged in? Some are worse than others from what I hear. First time offense though shouldn't be too bad.

Tell them you want a court appointed attorney- at least use your rights for yourself. That way you're pretty much guaranteed to not get the worst. You never know, maybe they can get the prosecutor to lower it from a misdemeanor to less and you'll get away with some community service and your anal walls still tight with pristine youthful elasticity.

lol thanks guys im out of bud and started taking that azo pills or what ever they are lol and water. with alot of running.... any other tips on getting t out of my system im a heavy set guy. lol
