i dont know bout the laws in the U.S. but here in the U.K. Though it is NOT ILLEGAL to buy,possess or trade cannabis seeds it IS ILLEGAL to possess,sell,produce or import the DRUG in any form. Free The Weed.This questions kinda off topic, but considering that marijuana seeds are just as illigal as weed(or so ive been told) how do seedbanks get them to their US buyers.

its not really just as illegal as weed but it is still "technicaly" illegal..and they get them by stealth..for example saying you "won a free walet" or a free ipod socket..but even if the sight does not have stealth shipping..us customs has thosands of packages going through everyday..they dont catch alot of the stuff
I just ordered from Nirvana on 7/19; on 7/21 I received an e-mail stating I was at step 6 of 7, which meant it was being moved to the final shipping location,lol, then on 7/22 I received my step 7 of 7 email stating that it went out for shipping. I'll keep you guys posted as to when, if, it gets here.
I do not think it is fair to blame the seed banks for the letters getting not thru all the time, stick with inexpensive orders and it won't hurt so much if something goes wrong.

buddy when people think amsterdam they don't think about the scenery thats for sure... so that said of course customs leaving amsterdam wil be strict for that sense and then the U.S customs to boot. you think if you send out a hundred packages a day everyday no ones goin to find out your "stealth" or whatever? Wake up man!
Do you people know you guys can get nirvana seeds from other seedbanks not just nirvana themselves and most likely cheaper than when you go to the actual breeders? try www.dope.seeds.com look at the prices and go to nirvana or sensi or whoever and you'll see that its cheaper. if you were to buy seeds from overseas, I'd go to the U.K.
