ehh, not a huge fan of amphets tbh.. if only tried meth a few times, and i found it lacking..

Its nothing like meth or crank ,more like the best coke you ever snorted , super clean buzz with a slow easy come down .
see, the few times i've done meth, i found that it really didn't have much euphoria for me.. more like i drank a big cup of coffee.. none of that i feel like i'm king of the world, gonna bang every girl who walks by feeling like i'd get from coke..

Panhead, I am new to this rollitup page, but I was searching for mj landlord that was for medical marijuana growers. We are currently looking for a house and on a post we seen that you had a few houses. Sorry I didnt jniw how to contact you, couldn't figure it out.

Well im as marijuana friendly as any landlord can be , i have 2 homes available where we allow legal medical marijuana growing to take place .

What area in Michigan are you looking for a home in ?

We currently stay close to detroit but are willing to move just not tring to move a long way mybe a hr or two at the most the closer to the d the better but the less niehbors the better me and my wife do got our cards for ur copies too

Tattoo artist , boy 40 yrs ago we could of done a rent for ink deal , im sleeved out with my back covered & upper chest , all prison ink so ya know its faded badly , i own a home in Brownstown thats being remodeled as we speak & should be ready mid spring,earlier if you can wait on yard fence install .

Keep in mind we dont own/rent shitholes in bad neighborhoods or low rent high crime areas , section 8 & welfare tennants trashed all our moderate monthly rent homes so we dumped them all to focus on middle to upper class working tennants who demand nice housing .

All of our homes are in upper class areas , we put alot of $ into our properties so we run everybody's credit , mainly to see how their rental payment history has been & to see if they trash properties .

Both homes i have ready are north of Detroit ,one home is in Otisville, its a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath ranch style , 200 amp main service , full dry basement with laundry room ,house sits on 2.5 acres & 2 car attached garage , living space is 2,270 sq ft , house has hard wired smoke/fire detection in every room .

Home features large living room with fireplace , new kitchen , modern baths with full bath off master bedroom & walk in closets , dining room , family room with patio access & window wall , new carpet all bedrooms , new tile all baths , newer hardwood style floors in living & family rooms , central air & new water softener system, chain link fenced front yard with brand new $9,000 wooden privacy fence covering the entire 2.2 acre wooded back yard , alarm system , propane heat , beautiful landscaped front yard , water bill & lawn care is included in monthly rent , the monthly rent is $1,750 with matching deposit & 1 year lease .

Im really looking for a three bedroom so my kids can have their own room have a boy and a girl ones a year old and our son is 4 months old.

In your neck of the woods the only thing i forsee being available is the one i mentioned in Brownstown , unless a tennant breaks a lease that is .

I also do home improvement My expieience of 20 years started by me wrken for my dads carpet and home improvement buisness I do install carpet ,ceramic tile,lynolium,dry wall,I paint do some plumbing,roofs depending how high I dont like to be high in the air lmao Im pretty much a Mr. Fix it and have my own tools mybe if house in brownstown is livable I could do wrk for money off rent if not I am serious about renting from you if I wait u can rent to me here is my current sitiation Im renten from a slumlord do to find out he aint paid taxes since 2012 house going into foreclosure so I looked into it he rented a house to me without a certificate of occupency ,alot of things been going wrong and he wouldnt fix them so I had to do to serios plumbing problems in bathroom and alot of other stuff so I with held his rent which money is in a escrow account the city building wrote me a letter against this scumbag so he is evicting me but I have so much paper against him from the city Im just wanting to move Im a laid back guy but when I pay for something I expect to get what I pay for you know..I know the judge will be on my side for this crazy shit worst case judge tells me to pay but take off what I fixed and my labor since he wont take care of it which is fine but I still want to move because I know he wint pay taxes and the bank will take it then suddenly have to move in the middle of a grow or some crazy shit si the sooner the better u can run my credit ill be honest I got hospital bills mostely because of surgurys and a dte bill cause I was nice to mexicans that didnt have a green card so I put heat in my name but im paying on that u wont see any evictions foreclosure or bankrupcys and my money is good being a grower and tattooist mony aint a problem im old school and low profile me and my wife are 100 percent legal and ill never be late for rent I am a green tenit which means I like to pay on time and just be left alone I take care of my house if its something small I like to fix it without bothering my landlord if its something big of course let my landlord know right away I am a responsible man with morals ...I can afford 1000 a month for now intill I expand my grow also need bigger room than I have now.My phone number is 3136855262 or u could reply to my email painfreak8712@gmail.com thats my buisness email for tattooing Ill respond faster this phone is my wifes im so busy tattooing and keeping up my garden so does alot of my phone wrk .Thank you looking forward to your repince

I wish i could get you into that house sooner than spring time but there is still too much to be done & as you pointed out i haven't even got occupancy certification yet , B-Dry isnt finished waterproofing the basement yet & the guys are gutting the house still .

Ive still got to get electrical & plumbing inspected & signed off before we start putting the place back together , its just way too soon right now brother .

My son manages the business & lists properties as they become available , im too old n tired to fuk with it anymore so we are turning the business over to him this year , i will pass your contact info on to him so he can email you when its ready for occupancy this spring .
