Personally I'd do some defoliating as well as lsting because it looks bushy with fan leaves so less energy wasted on growing fan leaves! People will obviously disagree with me on this but do your own reseach and make your own decision

Letting it just grow will make it grow faster however i want it to grow how I want it to grow which will take longer but will produce more bud as there will be a shorter node to stem with what I'm doing.
Plus easier to manage and means i dont have to lolipop if all goes right (which it is in my flowering room)

IMO you're cutting off the light collectors - too young for that IMO...cheers!

less fan leafs =less canopy for photosynthsis

He does it to smaller ones as well, I just lst when youre past a certain stage as long as you dont go overboard it's fine from what I'm doing in my size space.

I would FIM the plant, it's perfect for bush grow, it's a very vigorous variety, should respond well to topping/fim. Mine does at least.
