New basementgrow room, co2 freindly!

Just revamped my old basment grow room, its 120"x81". Closed circuit fan for my hood. In take and outake set up on a c.a.p. Timer controller every 3 hours for 5 minutes and a manual damper on intake (normally closed) and an electric damper on my exhaust, reason for that is so that when the intake/ exhaust fans shut off, the dampers close and prevent air/co2 from escaping the room. Double taped all panda sheeting seems, also sheeted the floor,(socksonly). Also have a c.a.p. Atmospheric controller to manage humidity, and my heater is hooked to it, a c.a.p. Co2 controller. R.o. Filter, 55 gal res. I'm going to be growing out of 8 gallon Dutch pots in an undercurrent system. My room is completely sealed including the door(that I know of) getting a chiller come summer time seeing how I don't need one quite yet. In the video, this was taken about a week ago, I dont have my dampers or most of my controllers installed yet, i just took the video the day i put the panda sheeting and lights up, im putting together the undercurrent system in a few days. Will take a new video and pics then,
Comments appreciated.
Thanks for reading

Ditch the hoods, run vertical, increase your yield and ease of operation
I have an xxl hood, it spans the light width wise from one wall to another, and a god two/ three feet length wise. What about heat issues then? My last grow came out killer, but I didn't have co2 or all my controllers so I'm hopin for even better results this time. Changing my feed schedule a little bit too.

I've never had a problem with my hoods, if my plants widen out I just put my other hood in there, but I'm.trying to get the most maximum yield out of 1 1000 watt bulb with four plants.

if you have the co2 running you'll do better for sure. shoot for a lb and a half dry. thats a great yield.

that's exactly what I'm going for. Going to be running most of the line of advanced nutes also. So many mixed reviews on them, but I've never had any major problems (yet). Starting master kush clones possibly or big band, I haven't decided yet, I still have a week before my buddy takes his clones

You will only yield 10-15% more with co2...but you will harvest 5-10 days earlier....this was my experience using co2...

I have a co2 controller that only gets to a set point of the highest optimal setting which I think is 1350 or something I have to double check, but when my room reaches that limit, my controller shuts my regulator off.

Newbies need to be aware that CO2 needs to be dialed in like most things. So don't get too far ahead of yourself on your first CO2 grow...
it aint hard. room volume calculator is available online. set your timer for twice a day at 15 min intervals and letter rip. you'll see the results. and 10-15% increase like someone said is more than enough to make it worth it.

I figured I would pay the extra money for the controller and completely seal my room as best I can so I waste the least amount of co2 as possible. I do have an exhaust and an intake, the in take has a backdraft damper and I have a 4 inch normally closed electric duct damper, which is then hooked up to my cycle timer controller, so when my fans do turn on, it opens my electric damper at the same time and when it shuts off it closes again and the co2 fills up the room. I have it set to go on every three hours for five minutes

Sooo far off base. That is the typical newb view. I'll just set a timer based on room volume. So you even know how co2 works?

You want the greatest yield? Like I said, ditch the hoods. We pulled 37.6lbs off of 18 plants and 18 1,000 bulbs last round.

I have a thread around here somewhere in setting up co2, who knows where it went. Nobody listens on this forum anyways, just so much static from all the newbs posting what they "think" is right.

my hoods run de lights and they're about 25 inches long and not air cooled. my rooms sealed and i run my co2 three times a day for 15 minutes. i could give a fuck if you think I'm doing it wrong. i have little nozzles on all my occelating fans so it sprays my co2 all over the room. I'm more than happy with my product and yield and how well my co2 works for me. so why don't you go stroke your ego somewhere that its wanted and asked for. your coming off as a pompous asshole just to let you know. yay, you are setting up a warehouse mr. special. i don't grow in a closet either and i love the results i get from using the co2. go shit on someone else's thread ya pompous downer.
