Should I top a second time?

So I have topped 5 of my plants once and they have grown 2 new tops and are ready to top again, my only concern is that the branches stretched out a bit and I'm wondering if they'll be able to hold 2 tops, will the lower stems fill out and strengthen?

You should be ok, but if are worried can tie the stems up to hold the weight of the buds when they form. Don't be skerd.

OK I've done it, I would lower the light but some of my other plants are experiencing heat stress. I was using an hps because that's all I had, I now have a mh, I heard that the lack of blue light can make them stretch.

Yes, the MH is better for veg. Tighter nodes, and better foliage development which results in a shorter, bushier plant compared to HPS. Keep the lights far enough for no stress, regardless of the distance. Good luck.

Ok this is gunna sound strange if you haven't heard before but I've tried it it works instead of topping get some tape and tape the two heads below the top of your pot the plant then concentrates all its energy on the rest of the plant and you get five or six heads with little recovery

Yes I top once then start taping down and you can use this method to start lst try making hooks with cotton n tape on the side of your pots and feed your heads threw and watch the growth after two week or so your plant will grow to what ever shape you want so to speak and you can remove all cotton n tape and make it look pretty again :-) most important thing. To remember is do be scared it's a plant mate its gunna grow no matter what you do

You should look into the concept of mainlining. i do not post pics here right now my girls have 16 and 32 heads. These will be the only growing flowers, Any others that start will be clipped off. you can direct your girl to any position you want to. If you do high stress HS or Low stress LS always lightly rub your branch to warm it up for bending. Lessons the risk of snap and yes tape is always your friend if she does.
Topping is directing your girl. If you have plenty of room then so many tops might not be needed. I keep things topped to regulate the canopy more even and i get fantastic yields.
If you have a big canopy then the inside bottom will die off or not leave you with anything more then a bowl, you sacrifice them. If you are mainlining then you get rid of everything other then the buds. She is a sturdy grower but your flowers are the delicate ones but so sweet.
Good luck and Peace out
