Love it brother I'll manage ya. And if you don't mind keeping us informed about all the ins and outs of the sec56 my budget is tight right now but for $350 for my freedom to be up held might be worth baloney and beans for a few weeks.

Peace

I had a small email convo with 1 of tousaws associates, im probably going to do the 350$ consult over a reviewed sec56...il bring this idea up

either way we need this done
sec 56? sorry if i sound ignorant but I don't know about this one.
if/when you do the consultation, please let us know. i talked to Conroy's office months ago & he was charging $500 for consult & $5k to hire him. i chose to buy meds over paying him. sucks to have had to make that decision!

Il copy the email.

Apologies for the slow response. We were short-staffed for much of December.

Health Canada will almost certainly refuse to grant you a Sec56. After they refuse, you can seek a judicial review of the refusal which may or may not be successful. We would represent you in this process for $1500.00 per month (plus tax) plus hard costs. If you'd like to discuss the possibility in more detail, we can schedule a one hour consultation for $350.00 (plus tax). If you choose to retain us, we would deduct the consultation fee off your first month's payment.

So far out of my and probably 95% of patients reach. This whole thing is a joke. Does anyone else want to join the new cash cow our government created called the patient. The gov, RCMP, LP's, lawyers, doctors who's next to look at my illness and see dollar signs????

Peace

if we (as in us on this forum), put together a challenge of our own, we could probably get it heard. John Turmel has some good points so I am re-looking at that. i am going to call him and see what I can find out. he is after getting rid of MMAR & MMPR so we can grow & possess for medical use without ever renewing and so on
