Harvest Dilemma

I only have one room to do all my stages in. In it I have a starter cabinet where clones start and grow until the crop on the main stage is jarred. Problem is that half my plants are ready to chop and the orher half looks at least a week away (and one plant is 2 weeks away). Yes, the halves represent different strains (while that 1 plant was put into flower a week after everyone else as it was serving time as a mother). They came to the finish line closer together on the previous grow; I think because l rotated plant positions...this time, once they went to flower I stopped rotating.
Adding to my issues is that I am flying to Spain (again) for a week.
So, the Cliff notes version:
My flower room is also my drying room yet only half of my plants are ready to chop. I am looking for suggestions on how I might handle.

I had the same dilemma. Well I wanted to get plants into the flower tent without waiting for last harvest to dry. Alas it was X-Mas season and Amazon had delivered some decent sized boxes. So I built a drying box. Basically just cut some air slots at the bottom, got a 4" inline fan and threw an older carbon filter on it. Then used hangars inside. I threw a tiny fan inside for some circulation but kept it not on the plants. Worked great!
