Hey what are u in veg still? New growth especially growth tips after pinching or topping etc will always appear a lighter color kinda a yellow light green color. Its new growth it hasnt developed all its color and chlorophyll yet. Having a zinc issue is not very common considering almost all base ferts have micro nutrients that supply more than enough of what u shud need for good plant health. BOL

Yellow new growth is very normal. Put up a pic perhaps we can help further.
This is a few days old im in my first week of flower i think its cuz its growing so much and trying to reach the light So its taking all the nutrition from the leaves to help the stalk grow for the buds that are about to start growing

New growth will always be lighter in color i explained it already. It will darken up as it fills in, especialy in bloom when its stretching new growth is gonna b light colored. If ur lower leaves start showing signs of deficiencies its because ur not feeding enough and may need to increase your nutrients. BOL

Im not familiar w flora series havent used that stuff in years but are u using cal mag supplement? U shud be using 5 ml/gal minimum through 4-6th week of bloom. Highly recommend this and could be some of the problem as well.

Oh i see.. Just wondering..

U shud be using cal mag during every watering at minimum of 5 ml/gal EVERY TIME U WATER through 4-6th week of bloom depending on variety u r growing IE. HOW MANY WEEKS THE STRAIN IS.

I always thought the flora recipe for success was 3-2-1 in veg and 1-2-3 in bloom? I cud b wrong havent used that stuff in like 10 years i could have the last two mixed up.

Anyways using just those 3 bottles isnt enough for good results, u shud def be using cal/mag everytime and using the liquid kool bloom, kelp and theres a few other things u can use that make a huge difference for your plants.

Also that flora series is pretty concentrated from what i remember u may be under feeding, i would increase the strength a bit and water between nutrient feedings w cal mag to make sure ur not getting salt build up. Or u can do 2 feedings than a watering whatever u want.

R u checkin the ppm of the solution u are mixing as thats really important with ur grow and overall plant health. U wanna make sure ur giving ur plants what they need during diff stages of growth especially in bloom. Veg isnt as imoortant as the plant needs alot less "stuff" during veg. Bloom is what really will make or break ur grow, especially during the first phase of bloom or stretch phase, and then your peak flowering phase thats vital to yield and quality.

My advice for any new growers is that youre gonna make mistakes it comes with the territory. Do as much reading and research as u possibly can and dig into it and give it 100%. Theres nothing im gonna tell u or anyone else that will be the end all be all of growingnp no matter how much I or anyone else knows. Theres a learning curve with everything u do, just have patience and dont try to over do it. And akways make sure u know what a problem is before u try and fix it, bcuz more often than not the problem u think u have is being masked by some underlying cause thats often hard to figure out and rsolve unless u kp well documented notes on what ur doing so u can give other ppl the same information so we can make a really good assessment of the issue at hand, if u dont know something than ask and make sure u get a few answers before u do anything and make sure u think ur making the right decisions.
