For people who do own lotsa stuff a good plan is to keep the grow seperate from your home , use alternative means to store cash ( no bank accounts over $1,000 ) , if growing is the only source of income start a small business & make your grow profits come out of the business & pay tax on them .
Paying tax on income is the 1st step in proving your assets came from legit sources .

Problem is even if someone else owns the properly it can still be take for proceeds of crime. Set up a consulting business or a service business like a hair salon (there's 100 of them in Surrey) where you don't have to buy much stock and move the money through the business while making a modest income. Save the rest for when you retire, no one will care then.

Well he ego got the best of him. He shouldn't have been extradited but he dug that hole and had to sleep in it for a while. The US goes around the world destroying countries and creates enough hatred that people are willing to blow themselves up to stop them he was stupid for thinking he was going to shows them whats up. Shuld have just use a proxy company to send the seed and everything would have been ok.

If you have any connection with the lien holder it adds a conspiracy charge to the charges , a better route is to remortgage the property & pull out as much cash equity as possible & keep the funds where governments reach cant get at them .

I thought the purpose of this thread was the fact they were 600+ plants over their license limit of 1000 plants. What these fucking greedy idiots were doing is hiding behind their license and are one the reasons the mmar was shut down. I hope they lose everything. 4 patients? 250 plants each? Gimme a break.

I seem to do fine with 30 plants. Nobody needs 250 plants. Its BS to even try to defend that. Oh yeah but they are juicing......ok

Yup the banks sock it to us but its better than loosing everything & starting from scratch , i look at it as a cost of doing business , just like electric costs & such .
