How To Become a LP: a MMPR thread

Hey there everyone, as promised in MMPR Small Scale Grow-op I present to you this thread. One that is hopefully purged of all naysayers and haters. On topic we will be discussing the ins and outs of the application process and ultimately what it takes to become a Licensed Producer under the fluctuating MMPR regulations and Guidelines. No point in being organized since this thread will become what it wants to be. So throw out some questions or thoughts and let's try to get them answered.

* Please refrain from pessimism and negativity. This is not a place to debate the status of MM, it's effects on patients or anything else down that line. This is strictly a thread that addresses its title and only that. The purpose of this thread is to aid those who choose to embark on the process of becoming a LP with anything they may need. It is not to comment on if those people should or should not pursue becoming an LP or what type of shitty weed they will in effect produce if they so choose to.

While these members are great for help in other sectors and forums of this site, as demonstrated in the main forum on this topic, they are not looking to help. Let it just be a warning to those seeking advice to tred carefully when approaching these members. As you can see they already fill the 1st page hopefully they will tire in their pursuit of bothering others once they grasp that they are not wanted.

I have to admit that I have frequently been amused and occasionally enlightened by gb, the hippy and even gmack. I also have tried in the past to have conversations about the MMPR and those of us that are trying to become LPs. I have been frequently insulted and ridiculed. I support free speech but I don't appreciate personal attacks. I hope we can have a thread discussing the MMPR.

It's all about how connected you are or aren't.
There are many flawless applications in that haven't been approved, and there are approved LPs that leave some scratching their heads in amazement.
You said you were in law school...take a look at Alan Young.

Are there any MMPR applicants here? Please let us know how it is going for you. Have you applied yet? Do you have a location, team, funding? I applied in July 2013 and I will share how things are progressing for us.
