WTF is happening to my plant?

I have no idea what's wrong with your plant however I do know when growing there always seem to be problems with plant leaves. I don't give a shit about leaves I care about Bud and as long as It's growing I don't worry. I've been growing this way for several years now and I always get good Bud in quantities sufficient.In fact I'm stoned to the bone right now smoking some of my home grown Short Ryder.

shishkaboy- and good call on the PH. I watered at 5.9 and the run off is 6.2. I assuming this helped the plant bounce back as well.

Sometimes the damage is already done. If the new growth is good just keep it that way. Slowly bring you ppms back up to normal. I actually am going through a similar problem right not due to not calibrating my ph pen. So now I'm playing catch up.
