Can someone explain to me how you tax undocumented immigrants please? I would also like your source that says undocumented immigrants can receive healthcare.

Well to start with, the post you quoted is about how you avoid the fines for not having health insurance. The criteria for filling out form 8965. Undocumented immigrants without health insurance can use Emergency rooms and receive free care courtesy of, .... like Buck pointed out ...the tax payer. It kinda points out that while I have to have insurance so as not to clog up ER`s all over getting free care or else I pay fines,...they don`t. Stop me from using the system to get free stuff, but make it OK and penalty free for them.

How to tax the undocumented immigrant : first, give them a job, get them a drivers license using the fore mentioned as an excuse, then when they get paid, .... Undocumented does not always mean unemployed.

No documentation needed guy,...Go to any ER in the US and they must treat you,....Obama saw to that as well. Buck pointed out that the tax payer has been doing that for a while now. You see, it`s not that difficult to understand.

Did Obamacare save you from freeloaders King ? Maybe you King could explain the logic behind 30 to 50 million Americans not having health care in 2015 but yet only 3 to 6 million will be fined ? If you go and point out form 8965 as a reason, you did what I did,....so don`t do that.

And Obamacare was not going to cost the taxpayers a dime because they were going to save so much money. Until it was 200 billion then 800 billion now much more than a trillion in spending. Cause you know... WE WERE ALREADY PAYING FOR IT!!!

Does anyone see the complete insanity with the above argument?

If we were already paying for it.... Why did fixing it and supposedly saving us money cost trillions more in tax dollars??

Aren't you the guy who owned a business at one time? Did you ever invest in your infrastructure?

Investing now saves in the long term, unless you want the hospitals to close up shop.

They wont close shop, they will just stop accepting Obamacare and it`s subs. Then the law will change to what hospitals must accept. Many doctors in the Boston area are already doing it.

If I walk into Boston and go to the emergency room, they will treat me. 100% guaranteed, no matter what insurance I do or do not have.

Most healthcare jobs require you treat injured people, doctors take an oath. Nurses first job is to be patient advocates, I would lose my job f I refused to render aid, EVER. When I had my EMT-Paramedic through NREMT I was legally required to render aid to anyone I saw or I could lose my EMT-P.

See where I am going with this?

May as well put the money into the pot in a visible way instead of stiffing hospitals until they close.

Yup. They got someone by the balls but fail to see that guy is a surgeon and can quickly removed the body part.

I doubt the doctors will refuse emergency treatment, but follow-ups and post ops, and scripts to pharmacies,...all can be turned away.
