LST for Sensi Star and Shark Shock

I apologize if this post is in multiples. I have been having trouble getting it to post.

This is my 4th. grow. I did an LST on my last grow of MediHaze.
I am wondering if it is good or recommended to do with Sensi Star and Shark Shock, being that they are both Indica doms.
They are both about 10" tall and super fat, with massive fan leaves, at about 4 weeks veg.
I am growing under 10 x 26 watt cfls.

How many planets can u put under the lights whats your grow space size... THINK about going in to flowering next week and i got 4 babies and there under 3 26watts and 2 19Watts

I could do four but it is a bit crowded. The space is three by three

My opinion is yes, why not LST? after all it is low stress training. I start LST very early, as early as possible.

lst the fuck out of it with cfls and it will work......

you can lst most all strains, why couldn't you?
