Thinking to start a grow - Aeroflo 40 LED

Well first of all greetz to all of you, i've read a lot about that so i put together something like a grow package and i was wondering to get some extra advice about.

So the grow would include:
1x PB 240x120x200
2x Pro Grow LED 400x
1x AF40 224x105x57
1x water heater 200w
1x Ph monitor
1x Ec monitor
1x ventilation set 780m3/h
GHE Flora (gro-bloom-micro)
GHE Big Bud
GHE Ripen
GHE Diamond Nectar Bio Stimulator
GHE Mineral Magic Organic Additiv
GHE BioRoot Plus
GHE Up + Down
GHE FloraKleen

That's more or less what i've been thinking to get for the grow.
Hope to get some extra advice.

IMHO you're gonna want to ditch the ProGrow 400s if you're growing MMJ. Think about using something efficient like the panel below or an Area51 for that kind of money. Shit, for the money they are charging you, you should be looking at ApacheTech or HelioSpectra panels which will give you a more realistic shot at replacing a 1k HPS than a PG 400x. No LED panel drawing 385 watts and costing $800.00 is going to outperform/replace a 1k HPS as stated in their ad, (which begs the question why you are buying something from someone lying to you :-??). The only all in one drop in LED panel that can replace a 1k HPS, the ApacheTech AT600, is a couple of grand, draws about 700 watts and weighs as much as a small Honda.

I have no advice about LED's to give you.
But I highly recommend NOT using anything other than the floraseries, and the ph up and down.
All the other shit is unnecessary. Dial it in with the floraseries first. It has everything they need. Trust me;-)
Experiment AFTER you know what you're doing(if you must)

Why not go with a couple Area 51's and just grow one or two plants until you figure it out? You can probably get everything you need for less than $800 and you'll have a quality rig that can put out way more than you'll ever smoke if you're just a personal stash guy.

well i read a journal over at growweedeasy about the "previous" version of the pg 400x seemd to draw less watts with pretty nice yield results so i was thinking of getting two of them...didn't look at other led companies since i didn't find any recommendations anywhere...well i'll take a look at these..the at600 is kinda expensive :D

i've been already growing with soil using AN nutrition in comb with supervit and it worked out pretty good...but i want to turn it a bit bigger and get out as much as possible
so i would only need the 3 component flora nutrition with ph up and down....what about the bio bud and lets say pk13/14 wouldnt they make a better yield?

well the point is i don't want to experiment since i would have to buy lots of stuff and maybe the mostof it i would never use again so it would be like throwing the money out the window
that's why i rather posted my interests here to see what the more experienced people would have to say about that
let's say for the pb 240x120x200 2 led panels each actual draw full spectrum about 300-400w would be kinda like a 600hps?

anyone that uses led panels and has good experience with them? also from what company and what model?
i'll be happy on any advice that could help me and maybe even make me spend less :D

thank you on your replies :)

Then what are you doing if you're not experimenting?

Everything your plants need are in those three bottles. All those other products are unnecessary/waste.
Those organic additives can play havoc, especially in a system like aeroflo, you know? :-)
I grew in tubes like those aeroflo's for about a decade. Trust me on this. You just can't do any better than using a decent nutrient(like the floraseries is)in aeroflo.
Don't over complicate things.

tbh at the beggining it seamed like it was a bit to much of everything i just wasnt sure

so lets say i would go with the 240x120x200 tent, 224x105x57 af and the at600 it would be a bit expensive but it would have to work right? and also approx. how much would be the electricity bill because of the at600? around 70-80$ ?

Hey bro, smart move coming here and asking BEFORE you go out and spend a lot of money. The truth is there is a million ways to grow and most of them are legit. Hydro may seem hard at first but actually it's a lot easier than soil. You always know exactly what your PPM and PH is. You never over or under water your plants. The roots can get maximum Oxygen for super fast growth rates. Hydro is easy.

Let's talk about light. Your lights are the engine that drives photosynthesis. In the case of light, more is better. You can't really have too much light, just too much heat from the lights. If you want the best possible product, you need lots of light. No one on this planet wants to use LEDs more than me. I've been following them and doing my research for years now. I've looked into designing and making one myself but it's just not cost effective yet. We are so close I can smell it! I'm putting together a new grow (with a friend) right now. I just bought two used 1000W HPS lights. I paid $100 apiece for the ballast, 6" air-cooled reflector and Super Hortilux bulbs off of Craig's List. The bulbs had 3 grows on them so there is lot's of life left them. A single 440cfm fan keeps the lights cool to the touch. These two lights will produce 16-20oz. every three weeks. It's hard to match that kind of deal using LEDs.

Nutes - Botanicare organic based nutes make everything taste wonderful. Just like old school soil. You can just follow their recommendations on the label for Pure Blend Pro Bloom/Grow, Liquid Karma, Cal/Mag. Or...
540ml Pure Blend Pro Flower or Bloom (depending on stage)
125ml Cal/Mag
180ml Liquid Karma

Mix together and add slowly to your res. I run around 1000PPM in flower, sometimes more in veg depending on the strain.

Keep your room under 78 degrees and your water will stay under 68. Humidity 50-60% You will need A/C in the summer even if you end up using LEDs.

HO fluorescents are the best light on Earth for veg, really...
