Cloning problems anyone??

hello fellow grower I've had a few harvest under my belt defiantly am not a amature but I certainly have experienced a shit tone of problems but right now I'm questioning any good cloning techniques my self I have succeeded cloning a few times but failed way more and am still not able to to find a solid method any knowledge on how I can keep my clones green and lush please help.....this go around I added about 2.5 ml of my general organnics bio thrive grow to my reservoir but I may have added to much and they burnt some

Everybody has problems cloning. Have you tried cloning using rockwool and clonex? A lot of people find it easier than aerocloner.

Good luck! Try more methods and you will find what works best for you.

I dont put anything but plain tap water in mine and dont PH it. make sure water temp. is 75f to 80f and change the water with clean plain water. Clones cant take up any nutes when they are trying to root.

I concur 100% with what Mike said here. I get 95%+ success with his exact method. Over dozens of cloning runs, I rarely ever have a problem, unless it is with a strain that is known to be problematic (Cotton Candy for example).

One thing you can do is cut your leaves in half; cut off the tip half way down the leaf. That way you've got way less green that can discolour.

The key to succesfull cloning starts with a healthy mother fully hydrated....take the bottom growth cut it ,dip it,and put it your substrate of choice.(i use coco)i tape the dome to keep in the humidity,and place it on top of my bank of fluorescent lights (i built a shelf)the heat from the lights promotes root growth.This method is simple and very effective after 5-7 days i will start opening the dome and drop the r/h slowly over a few days.In 10 days i always have rooted clones ready to go. Ps i use plain r/o water ph to 5.8

For the longest time I had great luck cloning.....usually 100% success.

Then all of a sudden my clones would not take. Dead within a week. It took a little bit before I figured it out......fungus gnats were getting in the dome and eating the roots as they were growing out of the clone.

Now I have a sticky trap under my dome and am back to 100% success.
