For everyone else, they normally do ask for pictures or something to show damage which is reasonable enough, but I'm working on getting this taken care of without them.

I'm still waiting on an answer about the phone number. I'd just call it up to see, but I live in the US & my phone service charges me something crazy for international calls - I think it's like $5 a minute.

Seeds have been reshipped - and the phone number has a wrong country code or something on the website, but is functional otherwise.

I don't think they get too many phone calls from the US, so it's went unnoticed for a long time. It's on our list of things to fix.

Thanks for all the help Sherry! I have a tracking number for the shipment of replacement seeds. In my opinion, having a phone number listed that works will bring more business, and if my replacement seeds arrive in good shape Gorilla can count on me to do more business with them! Vette

Stay away! I submitted an order last week for GDP. Selected cash payment, expensive so I decided to send via MoneyGram. They picked up my money yesterday.

Today I receive an email stating my GDP seeds were no longer available and I can choose something different.

Wtf. I'm so pissed. Now they have my money and no GDP for me.

Stay far away as they could give a shit less about your order.

Today I receive an email stating my GDP seeds were no longer available and I can choose something different.

GDP sold out within a day. Unfortunately, so many people place orders with cash, moneygram, western union, etc & never complete their orders that we can't reserve stock.

We have another supplier that is expecting a full shipment from Ken Estes within 2 weeks so we're hoping to get more soon.

I've asked them to buy as much of the Grand Daddy Purp strain as they can get their hands on, but demand has been building up for this one specific seed for 2 years now. It's going to be very hard to get.

In the meantime, I'll send you my personal email address & I'll try to see if we can't do something to make up for not having enough GDP to go around.

Just received my order (#109790) from gorilla seeds and I have empty bags stapled together-nothing at all inside. These are for the free seeds in my order. Hoping to hear from gorilla in good faith, will even resort to setting up a dedicated gorilla/rhino seeds review website (I run a internet services company) MESSAGE ME anyone else who has issues and perhaps I will set up a dedicated seeds supplier review site. Good luck all!

I asked for pictures because combining this with vett66427's issue, I would like to make sure that we don't have an ongoing issue in the mail room.

Thanks Sherry-very speedy reply and a phone call to me from Gorilla seeds to replace the previously sent empty seed packets-Gorilla staff very polite and courteous, hopefully this is just a simple mistake in packing and not a sign of a "bad" company employee as the internet can be hard on online businesses. Again thank you for a quick reply to my concern and issue.

One thing to add. I tried to pay with credit or debit but you were only accepting UK cards when I emailed the next day.

All in all I understand your side and would recommend people give Gorilla Seeds a shot because it seems you have the best prices on the net.

Well, once Visa, MasterCard, etc. are agreeable to working with seed companies, we'll be more than willing to offer card payments to everyone.
They're a bunch of a-holes.

Each one has given me above standard service and I didn't have to deal with "where the fuck is my order" or "who has my money". Don't play games with your money guys spend the extra 10 bucks a pack or whatever it is and get the security of going with a real company.

Supporting companies who consistently perform low is only going to keep them doing the same old thing.

I see that you asked customer service yesterday, so I'll point it out so that they give you an answer.

For unapplied payments, all I can do is ask the same people you're asking & relay the message.
 
Just wanted to let people know my experience with gorilla was not so good. Placed an order for 3 different types of seeds sent the money and then they let me know 2 out of the 3 were out of stock. Which one of those is the only reason I even ordered with these guys. Why let people order seeds they don't have. Like other people I'll be spending my business elsewhere. First and last time I use them. Spend the extra little money to get what you pay for. Seems like these guys are just money hungry and can give 2 shi*s about the customers.
 
Also I placed 2 separate orders both with gdp and one they receive the cash is when u find out they don't have your seeds. Not very good customer service if your selling a product you don't even have. So pissed I wasted my time and money with this site.

Hi Matt,

It's not that we don't care about the customers, it's that we can't reserve stock until your payment is received.

The fact that credit card companies will not openly work with cannabis companies forcing us to require alternative payment methods only makes the problem worse as stock levels drop during that delay.

Most of the time, we can overnight in more stock from our suppliers, but as more American breeders enter the market, we're finding that they don't have the most reliable sources of inventory.

If you'd like to PM me your order number, I'll see what we can do to turn you into a more satisfied customer.

Also, I've noticed that a lot of people are joining Rollitup to post on this thread. I have no problem with that - I'm glad that you found me so that I can help you with any problem, but I would like to make a few comments.

1. We are not a rollitup sponsor - although we do sponsor 4 other forums. If you post here, I'll try to get to you as quickly as possible, but I don't have help monitoring this site so there could be delays in getting to you.
2. Please don't disappear from the site after your problem is taken care of. These communities are truly amazing & you should stick around & become a contributing member.
