I got a couple different options at the moment..

One is to stay here, and grow 50 under 9000 watts and finish by the end of May..

Second is go to northern Colorado and help another RIU member out..

Third is to buy my step dad's, brother's toyota camper/truck that is Sacramento The truck isn't purty but it has a bath, kitchen and a 1100 watt generator and it's a dependable truck.. And try to get down on a northern cali or Oregon outdoo.. my only issue is that I don't know anybody...

4th is find my own place in Pebulo colorado..

5th is stay here until october. keep the 15K of lights going and possible start gorilla grow through out the summer

6th is to move to Detroit because of cheap housing and a med state.

I would really like to move to Northern California, but I don't wanna sell 2000 dollar pounds..

Or I can stay here and make 3200 to 3600 a pound, so I really do not care..

Well what would you do?

I'd go with the second third choice, trying to confuse us huh?...assuming you meant Pueblo.

Why don't you grow till may, then buy the camper, then head to CO to help the RIU member, get a network going, then settle in Pueblo? Think of the adventure!!

What's the weather like in Pueblo? ..I'm starting to research relocating from the winter hell of the N.E. and legal states would be my first option if i can get into a decent climate.

What would I do? Eliminate Pueblo from your plans. Why on gods earth would anybody move to Pueblo unless they had to. It's like the toilet of Colorado! JK but for real. My apologies to any residents of Pueblo...
Stealing this thread.. What a good, not bury your ass in snow, area of Colorado?

I think do the gig to May and load up. But that bus. U would love to check out CO for a while. Do you an outdoor, then decide what you wanna do next. Detroit. No, no, no and no.

I dunno man. But do something. Do it all. Life is too short.

Hey, Detroit is cool. If you have an electrical problem and your grow burns down... Or your butane finds the pilot light... Nobody will know.

I'd consider visiting Detroit, I hear there's a hardcore underground racing scene there...only thing that might draw me there..

Buy the camper.

I haven't lived in a building for aporaching 13 years. Trucks, buses, caravans yes. But no bricks and mortar.

Now, I have a couple of buildings, but I wouldn't live in them.

Do your grow, then get the camper. I'll bet it has everything you need as long as you're not a greedy bastard.
Then? World....oyster....

IDK, I got a lot of thinking to do..

idk 9 lights @ 3600 a pound is enough to stack some nice cheddar and very doable for 1 person , especially if property & electricity are cheap..

I can tell you running 10 lights anywhere residential in Nor Cal would be under Pg&e and their electric rates run about .36 cents/killowatt, so 10 lights will run about $2600 month in electric.

Warehouse indoor is 1 way to get much cheaper electricity in Ca at about less than 1/3 the price of residential. but it still has a risk factor ..

Not only that, anywhere near the bay will cost you a grip for rent/property so each 10' x 10' room is worth north of about $6~700 /month just for the bedroom let alone the rest of the house.

There are cheaper properties in the boonies and ghettos but they are populated with indoor growers and the market is tough and some of the ghettos aren't that friendly and have people crawling out the wood work just looking for grow houses and they know what to look for.

Property managers are very hip to growing and may or may not ask straight up if you plan on growing.

If buying property you can plan to spend north of $700,000 for a mediocre 3 bedroom house in the bay big enough to run an op..

Just something to consider about Nor Cal, but good indoor can fetch usually about 3k+ wholesale @ nicer clubs, but it has to be perfect..

Growing coupled w/ distribution is where you can make more serious money as current medical bay area prices can be north of 6k per pound sold retail in dispensaries, distributed in grams, 1/8th's, 1/4's , 1/2's, & ounces.. all over the counter to verified patients .

Anyway good luck , thats my opinion and how it pertains to the nor cal option on your list.

Plus 2016 is around the corner and could bring big changes and huge money that could change the entire game for everybody depending on the legislation thats coming and how it is written.

If I moved to nor-cal it would be a outdoor only and I would use my lights for a green house and do some light deprivation gardening.. basically I want to rent a small piece of land where I can grow about 30 to 50 outdoor plants in 200 gallon smart pots..

My electricity is only .13 per kw where I am.. but the paranoia of not being legal scares me to death.. I could move in about a week and still keep my houses going, I trained a buddy of mine which is one of my partners..

i would start yet another thread on RIU about it, and not stop until i had started 8-12 threads about it, and then start another thread about why i hadn't done anything about it on RIU.

that is what i would do.
