Just commenting on your post bro not trying to involve you with the player haters , Scooby was for real & people who have never had access to those amounts of cash just loved bashing him .
He made alot people think he was fake cause he let on how much cash he made , made alot of people jealous , I remember him asking in a thread if anybody else had a staff at their home & how they got along with their staff , I replied that we had a summer house & winter house with a full time staff with housekeeping & gardening/lawn care & we treat them as family , sorry m_fer's came out of the woodwork to bash him for having a staff .
They accused him of being a liar , said he was taking advantage of the locals & under paying them etc just to be shitty to him .
At that point I was like fuk this & erased my post before I got attacked by the mob for taking advantage of the Mexicans who work at our homes .
Scooby was the real deal & gave away over $10,000 out of his own pocket to a member of RIU who's family was in need & never asked for a dime in return , I heard his ( imaginary ) staff showed Mr & Mrs Greatwhite a good time while he was away .
I don't think Scooby was being a show off or faking wealth at all , when we talk about our lives we end up talking about what we own & how we live many times , not showing off but just talking about our current situation .
Scooby had a short fuse & his only fault was opening up too much about his real life , he was a super cool cat & I'm glad I had the Pm's I did with him , him & I had alot in common in how we make a living so judging by what little my real estate profits are compared to his profit margins I know he was a baller , and a generous man .
The only problem Scooby had was showing too much to real young folks who haven't lived long enough to amass liquid wealth , he was a good dude & the world is worse off without him , he helped alot of people & I loved that about him & considered him a friend .

Maybe but we don't know for sure , if he is scrubbing clean & coming out the other side as John Q Public more power to him ,he was all ready in a place perfect as a jump off point to a new persona with all the right papers & such .Due to the fact that all trails leading to him have been scrubbed clean ...

I look at it differently , we own several expensive car's , my wife's Jaguar is worth more than what many people make in several yrs , when I bought it for her I was proud & was gonna post a pic of her sitting in it outside our home before I realized the back lash .
Had I posted that pic some member with computer skills , too much time on his hands & and personal issues woulda Google earthed my home & posted my personal info on line , or used the license plate to trace us & gave our personal details in the forum .
I'm even hesitant to post pics of my expensive McIntosh hifi system for fear some boob will track the pics to other forums where my real life identity is known & post what he found in open forum , I try & use pics of stuff that's like ours but not what we actually own cause it's too dam easy to get info from pics .
I actually cautioned Scooby about posting true pics of his house & possessions & to use Google pics instead .

I have posted pics of a Maserati and a million dollar house, I have also started threads about how broke I am.. I can not stress enough about how fake money is... I can not explain in a simple post. But you can lose everything so quickly.. just be happy to be alive.. one day we all look down on earth and have a great laugh together.

He may have been posting pictures of other people's cars because he was paranoid about people finding out too much about him. That behavior, though, contradicts his desire to remain anonymous on the internet, as he spoke openly about his brother being KIA, posting links to a fund established in his honor.
He once got into a heated debate with someone here about flaunting his wealth, and he would simply call them jealous, littering the thread with more pictures of all his 'toys'. He would post things like "Whatever, haters, check out all my cars! I'm on a boat!" .. and such. I asked him once about his exotic car collection, and he couldn't tell me what make or model some of them were. He then privately confessed that he knows a guy who runs a car rental service, and that he sometimes gets to drive them for the day.
In my opinion, a dude who boasts about how much more they have than others usually has a very tiny penis. If he was genuinely concerned about remaining anonymous, he wasn't doing a very good job of it.
I'm not trying to assassinate his character, I'm just saying I think he is/was a bit of a tool. People with real money don't talk about money.

Sadly it seems true...he and I battled it out a few times..I questions his intentions on this site..but he was a genuine good guy...he helped out a dear friend in ways none of us could. he and I worked in the same industry. We spoke via pm about who we each were..from my research ...he's sadly gone. My grandma told me as a young girl that some people are dropped into our lives when we need them most. ..he was needed and he stepped up.
