I had a friend who's property had the gnarliest smelling well water. He had it tested and it ended up being riddled with sulfur. If it wasn't already suggested, maybe look into getting a Tallboy, or any RO system, and/or maybe start thinking about building a rain catch and reservoir to store what you need.

I don't understand why the water would be contaminated because I have used this water with two previous grows and have yet to have any problems with it so far.

Sulfur isn't necessarily bad for cannabis something cannabis can use so if the smell is just sulpher deposit I am ok with that just want to make sure it isn't something bad.

I made it completely light proof and bleached everything then let the shower run through every thing for about 2 hrs, I then soaked everything in alcohol and rinsed again for another hour in the shower, then I soaked everything in 3% hydrogen peroxide for another hour. I rinsed out multiply times then put in ph 5.6 water with 30ml/gal of 3% hydrogen peroxide and I put the plants back in the tent and the system has been running 48hrs now and no foul smell or cloudy water. I just added the 5ml/gal of the hygrozyme and I will check back in another 48hrs to see what happens.

Even after all this it still started to stink yesterday and got really cloudy so I repeated this process again but left out the 30ml/gal H202 and I also left out the hygrozyme just because I think it was feeding bad bacteria. So we will see what happens over the next few days again.

I thought about using tea but I am using GH flora grow and flora micro which are chemical nutrients, I don't know how they would react with a organic tea. I would like to brew beneficial bacteria but I guess I'm just worried that I will run into problems mixing chemicals with organics.
I understand your concern. I used GH flora series, GH FloraNova series and Canna Aqua with Heisenberg's tea. No problems what so ever! In fact the added benefits were:
1-explossive root growth which will be reflected by the foliage and by your final yield ;-)
2-pearly white and healthy roots (except with FloraNova the roots were a little tan due to staining)
3-sleep assured no slime will bother ya again
4-the beneficial bacteria like a res temp in the low 70s which means you don't have to worry about frozen water bottles or even the cost of a res chiller.
5-The beneficial bacteria will feed on dead roots and plant matter and bad bacteria and fungi (organisms).
If you you keep organic matter (other than your tea) our of your res, the beneficial bacteria will exhaust anything in the res (which could alternatively feed bad bacteria and fungi) and that's why you will have to add the tea every 3 days to boost your population!
I'll tell you what..... Browse through the Heisenberg thread and just see what others are saying about combating slime. You will learn a lot from it!

This is an easy one. It was nailed earlier in the thread. Your res is going anaerobic. (It means you don't have enough oxygen in the rez) The nutes need to be mixed more vigorously. In my 40 gal res (E&F, hydroton, GH nutes) I have a 300ish GPH water pump that runs 24/7. In my deeper res I point the pump flow straight up so it constantly agitates the surface of the water.

You shouldn't need hygrozyme or peroxide or teas or anything else. Those are just bandages.

I have a 900gph pump, and I have 2 air pumps and its only a 10-12gal res. The pump warms the water too much if I leave it on 24/7, so I have it set to run for 15min every four hours and that keeps my temps under 70.

Post a picture of your setup so we can see if there is anything you aren't telling us.

Otherwise water test time or time to get a new hobby. Hopefully whatever it is won't kill you.

I don't have a camera to take a picture but I can say that I have grown before dwc with success with my tap water no problelms. I think my prob was the hygrozyme so I flushed everything out good and since last night everything has been running I am checking it now to make sure everything is still good.

The water no longer stinks and the water is pretty clear and has been 4 days now, also I added calmag and 29% H2O2 at 3ml/gal but I still don't see any new growth on either seedling. They are light green and not really growing at all, btw the PH has settled down now and staying steady at 5.9 with my ppms at 700. The roots are thick and white and have fuzzy roots growing off the main roots but have not reached the bottom of the net pot yet. I have my top feed drip set at every 6hrs for 15mins each time just to keep the medium moist. The water in my res is about 2" from the bottom of my netpot so the bubbles splash the bottom and keep the bottom layer of hydroton moist constantly. I don't know why the growth is so slow it looks like some kind of lockout but I don't understand what it could be when everything seems to be optimal. The water temps are still in 60's and the grow room temp at canopy level is between 74-81 so I just don't get it please help.

This is what one of them looks like it isn't yellow but it is this size and just hasn't grown any at all in a week or more. It is 2 weeks from first leaves and doesn't even have first true set of leaves yet. It looks exactly like this really with the leaves slightly curled down and the 2 single leaves turned yellow. I just don't understand.

The other seedling looks just like this but without the brown dry patches it doesn't have any spots just this color green and same size.
