Gnat juveniles?

I had a few fungus gnats in the tent and found they were loving the humidifier filter I had in the tent. I removed the humidifier and replaced it with a new one. This one is outside the tent and I remove it from the whole room at lights out. I added sticky traps. After a couple days I found many adult gnats on the traps and only see a gnat once in a great while if I really look. But today I noticed small whiteish critters walking along the rim of the pots. They are very very tiny and I'd never see them if it weren't for them being white and my pots black. My question is could these be juvenile gnats from the adults now dead? I want to treat this properly and identifying the critter is my first task. Does it sound logical and is this what the juveniles look like or am I dealing with something else?

You need to get a scope or loupe see you can properly look at it and id it.

Try and get a scope to inspect properly but IMO usually small white dots moving on pot rims are usually ORBITAD mites.

Look close and compare to pics on google. The larva hatch inside the soil and attack roots. Adults are relatively harmless. Make sure you're letting your soil dry out between waterings.
