my pH was to high in rockwool and didn't realize it until after germinating

I was a lil drunk Friday I started my first germination in rockwool but yesterday I took them seeds out and corrected the pH. The seeds didn't sprout but some cracked question is was it to late or will they die before sprouting and I placed them in the correct environment?

The ph doesnt matter during germination or cloning. The ph is only important when the plant starts taking up nutes.

Ok..so was it a bad idea to extract them out of the first set of rockwool and put them into another set?

it's a learning curve main thing is over watering
i germinate seeds in a paper towel then put in a cup of promix and watch her grow

Well I'll wait and see what happens.I just put them under light I had them in the dark for 38 hours hopefully that will encourage them to grow and not harm them

This is why I don't like rockwool. It is so base, that a soak in 2 pH is needed. I have also forgotten.

So, I think it is best to correct my mistake and take the consequence.

- I don't drink anymore :)

Don't you sprout the seed on a paper towel first?
You can but as most of us know there are many ways.I chose rockwool cause I can plant straight into my hydroton rocks without cutting cups or flipping, digging around the roots just simply place in the hydroton and cover it up let the dwc do the rest.

Well, I start in a little rapid rooter sitting in hydroton, in a 16 ounce solo cup for hydro, but lately I switched to top feed so I use coco.

When I used rockwool, I forgot to nutralize a dozen bucket DWC. I could not figure out what the hell was going on with the pond's pH. :)
