I just need to know what it could be that they don't like and I am having a hell of a time trying to figure it out. Maybe they are just so stress from being flushed so many times before due to the bacteria I had in my res and removed from the hydroton multiple times so that I could run clean water through, I did this everytime my water started stinking real bad and now that I finally got that under control it has been 4 days and nothing. The roots look nice and healthy just very small and not very many.

I understand it may have slowed yours down but alot of people swear by it and I don't think the h202 is completely locking out my plants do you?

Hopefully you are right, they are a week behind already and another 2 weeks on top of that 1 week will put me nearly a month behind schedule this sucks. But as long as I don't lose them and they get healthy in 2 weeks I will be very happy.

no, i was using H2O2 for roots made them white then over night turn brown again all growing stopped

i did it again on this run put seaweed stuff in dwc got root rot using tea growing good took about 3 weeks
see the spot on leaf in middle of plant that was where it stop growing

So seaweed is a no go in dwc Im guessing lol, Im glad I have RIU to get on when I have no clue what to do without you guys I wouldn't have the amount of knowledge I have now and would probably have given up by now.

So do you use chemical nutrients with you beneficial tea, since you don't use organics how do you use tea doesn't that effect the beneficial's when you are using chemical based nutrients.

i'm using blue planet 3 part till this res.change and start using skunk labs nutrients root assist is the tea

I would use the 20+ percent h202 that shit will kill anything.

I do use 20% H202 & its the shit , organic nutes will make your rez smell like swamp ass as well as any of that bacteria crap they sell for hydro rez's , not enough air volume & circulation will also cause swamp rez , a 12 gallon rez is ridiculously small rez , the smaller the rez the faster it will sour .

For my rez 68 is the max for high temp i like to keep it right round 60-62 & i allways use 20% H202 at full strength , that 3% peroxide is good for mouthwash not hydro rez .

Increase your air flow , soak or replace all air stones in 20% H202 , use as big a rez as possible , 30 gallon or larger preferable , wrap the rez & lid in panda plastic to keep all light out , use non organic nutes & additives , cool the rez below 65 degrees , your using a fish tank air pump well known to grow bacteria within the diaphragm of the pump , i kept aquariums & hated those cheap tetra pumps .

Are your airstone & drip feed lines black lightproof or the clear see thru type , you could be allowing alge build up within the lines giving the swamp a start , a small light leak with warm temps & small rez & it dont take long to grow a swamp .

H202 20% IS superior to bleach for cleaning equipment & will instantly kill any bacteria when used at full strength per gal ratios then turn into water .

whole rez is completely light proof even the hydroton is covered, the only thing exposed is the plants. I wrapped the whole thing in aluminum tape.

I use a 2 port air pump from the hydro store along with a 30gal tetra air pump just incase.

I use all black 1/4" tubing for drip feed lines.

I have no slime or algae buildup in the res the water is clear and smells clean so far and I'm on day 5 now from the last time I sterilized everything and added all my nutrients.

I removed half the water from the rez and added 4 gals of the distilled water that brought my ppm to 525 (1.0)ec. I brought the PH to 5.5 because it will slowly rise to 5.9-6.0 over the next week. I also foliar fed them today at 1/8th strenth of just the flora micro.

Huge difference since I foliar fed them just from overnight, I woke up to 2 healthy looking seedlings standing strait up with a lush green color and also grew a new node overnight.

These plants are blowing the fuck up, only 3 weeks in 12" tall, 10" wide and on 11th node. The stems are as big as pencils and the roots have reached the bottom of a 2ft deep 16gal rubbermaid container, and are sparkling white. Some leaves are already the size of my hand. I fimmed them about 4 days ago and now they both have 3 tops instead of 1 so I guess I did it correctly. I appreciate everyone for helping me with everything so far and now I'm happy and have no issues, btw I introduced GH subculture B at 3tsp/12 gal the day after I fimmed and I am glad I did because they fucking love it.
