I think @bu$hleaguer fixed me. He said the core's can be bitter (obviously you are more in the know with picking Parsnips). I'm going to remove the core and see if that helps. Frankly I'd like to taste your parsnips. I may not like Parsnips. I don't care much for Okra either, snot soup unless it's deep fried and I do not need more deep fry addictions LOL

Okra...ick...slimy little bastards. Even fried okra is slimy when you start chewing it up...Why do people eat this stuff? Except pickled okra is pretty good, but just tastes like pickles.

The cores are harder, but still not bitter to me. Just has more of a muted flavor, and takes longer to break down. I dunno, i really like parsnips.

If my leg wasnt fucked up, i'd be thinking about what to slow-cook tonight!

Someone needs to Old Yeller me....

Parsnips are really, really good......try them straight, as is before you start modifying

yeah and don't let him talk his way out of this either guys, don't be sorry for jumping on that comment. He kept bringing up my daughter months ago because I posted a pic for @MD914 and he was bombarded with hate and I messaged him saying to keep my fucking daughter out of this because she has stopped breathing a few times with seizures, then he started using that against me all the time too and saying things like I like my cars over my daughter ect ect. My daughter is 3 and a half now and hasn't had a seizure for ages.
