I did! I roasted them and thought I was going to hurl they were so bad (sorry a bit graphic I know). Obnoxiously, aggressively bitter, bad bitter LOL Have I said bitter enough, you get the point, ha.

So I go to google images and type in "parsnip in butthole" hoping to find some good pictures to dump here and this is the best my internet gives me today.
