Nothing too out of the ordinary to report today apart from me buying MENS trainers. Were they seriously designed for men? Maybe metrosexual or gay men but I can't imagine straight men wearing them. I think they look really girly!! Doesn't bother me that Im wearing Mens trainers, I feel kinda lucky I can fit into them.

Would you wear them?? Im hoping most of you say 'No,they are too gay.'View attachment 3369692

Edit: just released that the Nike tick has photo'd as silver even though it's black. I've never seen black reflective material before. God, where have I been?
i think they would look nice with this little number..........and move's ;)
I'll be making the tea lol

They look cute on you, who cares if they are guys. I think it's about visibility, the awful color, but I could be wrong.
I

Word is around the runner's shoe store that neon is IN. For both sexes. All the runners are in day glo colors. More about fashion trend here in US, but they do make for great visibility. All the runners here wear neon running shoes. I couldn't find any in white or black so mine are black w/ LIME accents. Pretty funny. Even all the neck beard techies in Seattle wear the neon Nikes. And by the looks of that crowd, they don't run. ever.

I dont find them to be gay at all...just pink and feminine.
I don't think any self respecting gay man would wear them however because they're kind of mediocre. Not gay enough in fact. Just my personal opinion.

to answer your question i would have to know your shoe size, i would also need to see a picture of your feet with just socks on and without any socks

If they don't come in steel toe I won't wear em..otherwise I'll go with TY's observation of "we're not in high school anymore..who gives a F? I'm just glad i didn't worry about this crap when I was in high school..i rocked lots of 2nd and 3rd hand clothing..whatever. Otherwise they remind me of generic nurses shoes..in pink..All I wear is work boots anyway..so my opinion is moot on sneakers.

Just to let everyone know, this thread is in no way an attack on gay people. It's just a play on words from another thread.

I am sincere when I ask why Nike are designing men's trainers like this and question which market they are aimed at.

I always thought that day-glo Crocs were too gay. But apparently they aren't (?). I think that they might be this summer though.
I'm expecting to see loads, but maybe on girls more.
US 9 male sizing?
Oh God no! That would be really huge. Eur 41 is big enough!! :)

Sasquatch US 9 !! :)
I've got wide feet anyway, like a G or H. I used to joke that I could sleep standing up. Or if I fell in a drain my feet would save me. Has its advantages though, you should see me swimming!! It's like prosthetic fins!! :)
I hear ya I'm a 9.5 H and it's still not wide enough, I don't even know if shoes go wider than H? I'd like to get something custom fitted..but it's way too expensive..it's bad enough i spend around $200 on a pair of boots because it's all i can find that fits comfortably and lasts longer than a year( I'm hard on footwear). I have neanderthal feet..well my whole build is..lol.
