Question about Spider Mite

Hello everyone!
Ok i have been in a battle with spider mites indoors since last year when my friend gave me a clone from outdoors. I have used neem oil, azamax, and now a No Pest Strip 2. Seem like they leave for a while cause new growth looks clean and don't have the white spots then about 2weeks later they come again and in heavy waves. When they come back they come with force even new growth has white spots and webs. I took it so far as 2 even cut everything down and start with new clones that looked clean then later find out they had spider mites. I bought new strains but I'm afraid to even start them cause of this issue. I have some moms that are strains thats no longer for sale thats why I can't just scrap everything and start completely over. This just makes me want to give growing up.

Spider mites are easy to get rid of but the cost is high. The most important thing you need to do is focus on the cutting out the reproductive cycle. Every three days. If you spray every three days you will eventually eliminate them. Theres a bunch of products on the market for battleing them but the best way to get them is to alternate. One thing i cant stress enough is cleanliness. Sweep floors daily if possible, spray your room and floors with light bleach solution from time to time.
If you want a tool to help you theres a company called hudson that makes an electric mosquito fogger for just over 200 bucks on amazon that works great if you have more than two lights. Spray every three days for a couple of weeks and you should be mite free. My favorite spray for mites is nukem and mighty wash but i used like four different ones to get rid of mine. If you see one mite theres hundreds so your not done yet. Some guys use lavender oil with good success but i got most of my sprays for free because i got all the sample bottles lol. I tried the chili garlic you name it organic sprays and had no luck at all but ive never tried lavender yet and a lot of guys swear by it. I have tried ladybugs and had great success with them, if you can contain them and have closed off lights they work so good for sooo cheap. Good luck.

spray both undersides and top of leaves with a 50/50 mix (dish soap and water) being you tried everything else. Clean grow area if possible - this is the less cost of all - Good Luck in dealing with those little F*&^#$% !!!!!

also use multiple miticides consecutively.... they will grow tolerant..... use spray A, then 3 days later hit it again but with spray B, 3 days, hit it again, C if u can, or back to A, spray the leaves WITH GUSTO my man... ur pressure sprayer should be blasting webs apart and bodies/eggs/pests OFF the leaves, not just coating them... get hardcore on them fuckers...

Make sure to eliminate any possible breeding/infestation points in the room... I had a water jug in my room for ages never thought about it, one day i looked, fuckin webs like a bitch inside.... look around closely and make sure you are spraying everything everywhere that u safely can....

A lot of ppl dont like foggers, me, I do, but not the dr doom shit, the ones on amazon that are way way stronger and in a smaller can... them are the tactical nuke option... (dont use if ur past like wk 3-4 flower)

Last bad infestation I had I fogged, 3 days later azamax, 3 days later 3-in-1, then azamax again 3 days later to be safe...

Neem and no-pest strips are both good at helping prevent mite infestations, but not worth much of a damn once they are there...

I heard of nuke em, all methods u mentioned are safe for flower also?

Depends if your making shatter lol azamax says you can use it to the day of cut, i think mighty wash too, i dont remember about the nukem though. The lavender oil may not be since its an oil and idk if you want that on the flower when your smoking it.....ladybugs are totally safe :):):)

The only way to really get rid of mites is to use a heavy hitter, Avid, Floramite, or Forbid. Toxic chemicals for sure, but I'd rather use that stuff once or twice then subject the plant to repeated doses of Azamax, no pest strips, neem, foggers, and all that other stuff that doesn't work.

You don't need toxic chemicals. Just spray religiously every 2 or 3 days to get on top of it. Might take a week or so of that. Then spray at least weekly to maintain. Switch it up on the sprays as well. Spider mites are just about the easiest bug to deal with. They suck for sure but you shouldn't have to destroy plants or risk your health over it. What people do is get lazy or assume that they aren't there anymore so relax and then wham a bunch hatch and you freak out. 1 spray won't do it. 2 sprays back to back won't do it. Maintenance and prevention.

FWIW, DDVP resin strips will work, but most folks fail to use enough of them to concentrate the vapor. 4 or 5 in a bedroom size room with a fan going for the initial kill. Dichlorvos breaks down quickly especially in a humid and or hot atmosphere so you have to replace the strips after 5-7 days. Make sure you understand the TSSM life cycle and keep grow room clean.

Genetics and comes man. I tell YA that's what iti is. First time w mites,,,,,, Pain in the arse

I have one with mites and in flower, yea I know...... So I covered that up after soaring with a big ole black heavy duty trash bag to suffocate and have the asanas to kill in the morningmorning

kills on contact, kills broadmites and eggs, is organic and can be used up till harvest, Plus, no tolerance and it really works
