Decided to try an auto grow of Lowryder 2 for my first grow wondering what the plants produce as far as total weight I know all conditions play a factor in a plants health and production trying to keep my grow low budget. I was kinda critised on growing an auto for my first grow on another forum any input would greatly be appreciated

Being your first grow, I'd guess up to 2 ounces.

Lowryder from what I've read isn't a particularly high yielding strain. Lowryder 2 is better from what I've read and the strength has been improved also. That being said, it is also one of the fastest producers, and if you make your own seed from it, you can continue to enjoy that speed in maturing. Are you growing out or in?

1st grow, mini cab, back porch...... id say dont expect more than 15 grams in all honesty lowryder 2 is an oldskool auto lol

Thanks for the input bf I've seen pics of good size plants of this strain with big buds I hope all goes well my previous question was should I check soil ph or water ph and adjust water ph to compensate for the soil not sure need input please

auto's are great cause for the most part even fucked grow's still yield ....... but to pull weight you really have to be dialed in ......... pop it grow it ....... knock the rust off them old bones and try again ...... it just get's better

just a tip be light with the water ...... and pick the pot up to judge when to water ....... dont go by the finger method ........ in my opinion the majority of fails are from over watering or over feeding ....... water shallow at first and try not to soak the pot down ....... and auto's only need 1/4 of the nutrients if youre running nutes ....... it also helps too add extra perlite to the medium 25-30 % of container volume ........ so when youre learning how to water them correctly if you do for some reason soak it too much it will dry out quicker and not stunt the plant so bad

its snake oil.... aka garbage has no real benefit (ask around if you dont beleive me.)

dont worry about your soil ph because unless youve got a really good tester its probably wrong, water ph is always important cannabis in soil likes it around 6.3-6.8 if your in soilless then 5.5-6.0.
your tap water should be coming out around 7.0 which is neutral and if your adding nutes or anything like that itll probably be dropping it a couple of points depending on the volume of water your mixing with.

lemon juice is good for dropping the pH but you wanna get yourself some pH UP to make it swing the other way.

i do use thrive alive B1 green ......... its mostly kelp vs super thrive which is mostly salts

i usually add a couple tablespoons crushed dolomite lime aka garden lime per gallon of soil to help with sloppy water PH ...........

the drops or strips are less accurate in my opinion ..... but if its all you got then it will get you in the ball park
