Any tips on venting hot air? Do I just exhaust into the room that the grow box is in? Seems this will make room hotttttt

I don't think I can without cutting a hole in the wall. I'm not sure how I'd do it without marring the house.

I've tried to think of every way I could get it to vent out my window in conspicuously, but I am running out of ideas.

I may have to exhaust into the room my grow room is in. This isn't optimal because the heat gets recycled.

I've got a window that slides from left to right. Like a sliding glass door. I think I need to find someway to point my vent tube out the window (preferably sealed so the hot air exits well)

If I can't do this I'll just have to exhaust into my room and open the door or do this and run a lower wattage light, like a 250, in hopes it won't warm up my room so much.

Idk? To build a collapsible tent that is strong enough to hold lights/filter etc with drawstring holes might be more of a project than most are able to tackle.. I wouldn't mind seeing a template if you have one around..
It's tough, but I like the fact that you can make them whatever size you'd like. It does take some time though. I was more so talking about just making a grow box though. Grow tents do have their perks with all the vents and zippers though.

If I could build a box and get the hinges right I probably would. It just seems like there would be one thing after another trying to build a box. If I could I would have a box like a fridge/refridgerator

box on top of a box, with a light screened ventilation hole between the two

this way I can vent flower and veg with 1 fan

Assuming you're in a house, not apartment /mobile home.

Every room in my house has 2 ac ducts. I removed the one going to my closet and I'm sending my hot air up that way.

I'm happy with my apollo. All the questions you're asking have been covered on riu so you're in luck! Build a window box. Best way to vent air out a window inconspicuously

I spent lots of money on a Secret Jardin Darkroom, thinking that more expensive meant better quality. I was wrong. It's a piece of shit with light leaks absolutely everywhere. The lesson I learned here is that more expensive does not necessarily mean better quality. I really couldn't say who makes good tents, but I can say with confidence that Secret Jardin is not worth the money.
