Plus buy the acerage or if you rent it out you're paying up front (people in CA asking 20k upfront cash to RENT the land for a season). Next how are you going to live on the land? Build some type of house or bring a mobile setup in.

If you already have acreage outside with good ground soil and some moms then all you pay for is one thing for this massive outdoor grow and that is water.
Water. BAM that's it! Sometimes you don't even have to pay for that
(periodical sufficient rain) so your grows turn out mostly FREE. Now, I ask you, what is better
then growing mega pounds of potent shit for maybe a few pennies or
spending as high as .25 cents?

Thats true. However, I dont really know anyone who has that ideal setup.

Done 10k hydro for a few years we vegged for 6 weeks on 18/24 perlite only and sometimes clayballs.
Old school stuff in the 90's :)
