I've put my 5 feminized seesd in a cup of water about 18hours they have all sunk. Can I plant them directly into coco 300ml pots the coco has been pre buffed and washed? Also do I need to wet the coco before placing the seed in or after?
Last question I only have 2 600w hps lights available what's the best way to use them for the seeds. Thanks in advance

yeah put them in pots pre soak and a tiny bit after, and the best way is to put them under the light once there sprouted.

Once the seeds "pop" and have a little "tap root" - no bigger or longer then these =

You should put them in a root riot cube (do not touch the little root,,use a pair of tweezers to plant)

or peat pellet (soaked)

1/8 of an inch deep with the little root pointing DOWN. Place them into a domed seedling tray

and grow them until roots are showing out of the "pellet" or "cube".

Now transplant them to your pot and media and grow them out.

If your 600s are digital, turn them down all the way and use at 2 inch's over the domed tray.

I've lost over $100 in seeds to a humidity dome, that is not good advice IMO. It's only necessary if you have an extremely low indoor humidity level. I know there's quite a few other folks around these parts that have lost money to humidity domes.
