Its pretty nuts what happens to the bag-of-meat that we are in trauma.

I took an occupational first aid course for remote camp first aid and the instructor had taught firemen and paramedics and emergency workers for years. He always got them to send him the most graphic pictures, so he could have something shocking for his slideshow.

Worse I saw was a face explosion. Guy was still alive. Crazy.

Also - I can't believe that the above picture is ok here with everyone, but one fucking nipple and people LOOSE THEIR MINDS!

Damn, a head explosion huh? That sounds interesting....don't think I've ever seen that one before. I've always been a fan of the old school faces of death movies and I also like to keep up-to-date with the latest Islamic and Mexican cartel be-heading vids. I guess I'm a little morbid, errr........
