Toronto the next Vansterdam?

Hello all,
Longtime lurker,first time poster.Is it just me or is Toronto at the cusp of new revolution in terms of dispensaries in the city?Several new dispensaries have seemed to pop out of the woodwork's in the last few months.Has anyone else heard that a Weeds Glass and Gifts from the west coast is on it's way to Toronto?Would love to know if there is any fact to this or not.I have recently moved back to Ontario after spending time on the west coast and loved this franchise.Hopefully another sign of the changing landscape in Toronto.
Any thoughts?

Not that ive seen.
In fact i think toronto and well the rest of canada has really fallen behind when it goes to overall acceptance of mj in general.
Harper and his band of alcohol loving nazis has gone out of their way to keep a shit ton if revenue out of canadians hands.
Once a week i hear of people wanting to move to denver or seatle. Somehow the us is taking the green torch.

I had to lol at your reply torontoke.I feel very much the way you do but am a little optimistic that things are a changing.It is unfortunate that the leader of this great country will only pander to big business and really could not give a f*ck about doing what is right for the people.Anyway happy 420.

Well next to Vancouver I'd say Toronto is the coolest city in Canada. You can smoke a joint on the street in the open and won't be harassed. Vapor lounges, head shop, dispensaries...it's all coming slowly.

I'd also like to know about the new dispensaries in toronto. Last one I saw opened up in June 2014.

there seems to be a few vapor lounges that didn't exist before...
but the ones I have heard about are not in TO.but rather 705 area's codes.
