Gorilla Glue #4 Smell And Taste Poll

Wow been seeing this GG#4 all over the place unfortunately no access to clones in my neck of the woods, I see some of you guys running some s1 of these any idea where to get my hand a hold of some of these gems....? Lol would be nice to actually get in on a new strain before it's been crosses and grown to death... Anyone got any info on those s1 would love if Ya could Pm and let me know how or where to get some..., some dank looking meds for sure.... Also tend to agree thc % is bullocks.... I had some Ms Universe tested in the 15% range yet has still been one of my favorite strains yet one of the lower THC ones... The different terps etc play a major role... I've noticed I tend to really enjoy things with more Myrcene which makes sense considering i have MS and myrcene is a sedative, a muscle relaxant, a hypnotic, an analgesic (painkiller) and an anti-inflammatory compound.... Anyone have terps listing for GG that have been tested? Your guys ladies have got me drooling! Great growing guys!

From what little info I know of, someone on icmag had s1 beans, but not positive. Do a Google search for icmag and s1 gg4 seeds and maybe a thread will come up with more info. Good luck finding them. I have a mystery gg4 bean about to be flowered that could be either an s1 (unlikely since it was only 1 seed in a couple lbs) or a yeti og or yoda og, but not positive. Will be fun to see what it turns into, hopefully something bad ass but I won't get my hopes up 8-)

Good luck all in getting some seeds!!! I saw someone had some monster cookies x gorilla glue #4 maybe those seeds might have a GG4 keeper in them? This summer I am going to hit my GG4 with a sinmint cookies male and hopefully that works out good.

My avatar is a S1 of glue. Ive had a few similar to her and one that was sour dub leaning. There nothing like the clone, glue is one of a kind. If grown right and fully finished she is worthy of her hype. Many pick her to early or have fakes of her it seems. I know the fella i got my S1s from has a glue fully reversed right now and is waiting on pollen, he will probably release a few packs over at icmags seedbay id guess in few months.

if it's a 70-80 day plant, I am one of them that pulled early...
But hell, I've been growing since the late 80s/early 90s, and I never pull early... so I don't know... maybe mine is a fake, but if so, it's still a keeper.

Sounds like you could have a s1 leaning towards sour bubble with your fast finish time and low stretch.

I'd like to try an s1 sometime, there's always potential for something better when growing seeds, but it's also time/space consuming so I can't do it as much as I'd like so tried and true clones or clone only is usually the winning ticket for me.

I do get lucky sometimes and find a gem in a single bean pop, I have a blue lemon thai fem, I bought one seed and it is the frostiest veg plant I've ever seen in my life and smells of blueberry pie . Haven't flowered it yet but it has potential I think

I would take this next batch to 10 weeks AP, but my trimmer is going back to Hawaii soon for a bit, so I must chop again at 9, to have him trim it up in time. Maybe the next batch? Hmmmmm????
But yeah, that sample I gave you was 56 days old.
You could totally chop that cut down even earlier if you had to, it looks really good at week 7 even lol.
Isn't it funny how I was just telling you how this strain is sort of a let down in the potency dept. to fucking funny! Not quite as bad as the blackberry kush though! Looks can be deceiving for sure. And fuck the thc numbers IMO.
I'll keep growing it though(don't get me wrong lol)
I'm seriously thinking about reversing the gg4 and hitting my old wifi with it. Hopefully hit a new keeper wifi also. The two are sort of similar in structure. Great yielders! But maybe the whitefire will add some extra KICK? Anyways

Totally reverse it man! I agree with the potency thing too, the holy grail is even more potent, pretty much all my og's have been more potent too. I really hope the extra week kicks it up a notch, if not the wifi cross would BE DOPE! I don't have a problem taking it an extra week at all, I'm used to 10 weeks anyway so it'll fit right in the schedule either way and at least we'll know for the next runs 8-)

It may just seem this way to me, but in my experiences my 9 1/2-11 wk strains always seem to be the best of the batch.

I have to agree too, I've always harvested at 9 weeks minimum, pretty much every strain can go 9 weeks imo even if the pack says 7 week flower I take it further. Lots of weight and potency I feel is lost from chopping early though there are some hash type plants that finish in 45 days, I took mine to 50+ anyway

Haven't grown her yet clone is rooted and vegging now but I've seen a major debate about when the best time to take her and lots of people swear by taking her 70+ days while lots swear by taking her no more than 60. I guess it depends on taste preference and the high is gives at different harvest time. IMHO she looks the best when she's taken longer than 60.

I feel like the 70 day mark will be the ticket too, I'm not sure of the lineage of sour dubb and Chem sis, but I'd imagine they are more sativa dom along with the chocolate diesel should be sativa dom, so it just seems like a longer flower time would be beneficial no doubt
