To potential investors:
It's common to have life insurance on the partners, esp on the non-funding idea man. You may wish to require mainliner have a policy that pays out to the investors. With his cirrhotic liver turning to pus, every piss he takes is that much less liver funtion; hence that much more risk for investors. FYI
