Accidentally squirted half the syringe into one innoculation jar

Hey guys. So I'm trying to grow mushrooms and I was having trouble with the syringe full of spores and I accidentally squirted half the syringe into one innoculation jar. I don't know the exact measurements of the jar but it's pretty small. Did I fuck it up? Lol I couldn't find anything on google about it. If I did fuck it up then it's not a big deal because I got the spores for really cheap. It's my first time doing this so I figured I was going to mess up somewhere. Let me know what you guys think

just finished my first mushroom grow using 5 gallon buckets and it went pretty well..only got 28g dried off the first flush, didn't harvest correctly, pulled up too much substrate and had to patch and i think that'll negatively effect my second flush.
I don't know the answer to your question but just out of curiosity how big are they jars you're using? What type of grain are you inoculating? what strain?
Thanks

I'm using the basic grow kit from Midwest grow kits you can find out about what I'm using from their website.. I'm growing the strain b+. It's at least good to hear you got something out of it. I'm also worried that I wasn't sanitary enough. But I guess we'll see

Excess spore solution will not speed up colonization. A little dry is better than a lil wet. Once u get a jar colonized, get rid of the spore syringes (or use them to make agar dishes) and do grain to grain or live liquid culture with your colonized jar. Once you have harvested you can take a tissue sample to start a agar dish. Spore syringes are the weakest source of reproduction in mycology, just the most stable.

So you're saying I might be in trouble here? I'm assuming too much liquid is gonna infect it or at least give the cakes more of a chance to get infected
