Lights on temp: 75-82
Lights off temp: 60-65
Humidity: Low 40s

Hey everyone. As i said in the title im new to the site. I do have 6 overall successful grows under my belt, just never got into the forums. I had a couple skunk #1s going but im down to 1 now after removing males). I used fox farm ocean forest soil which i added a small amount of perlite to before potting. The plant is currently 30 days old. Has already shown sex. Around week 2 i started noticing growth slowed down. All the new growth had extremely tight node spacing and the leaves edges felt crispy as if they were light burned which they werent, and i havnt given any nutes so its not that either. Yellowing is starting at the center of the leaves only on upper and new growth and working its way out. veins are staying green. I thought maybe they were root bound so i transplanted. It seemed to help but after a few days it stopped showing signs of improvement. All the pictures are from today but show the original symptoms from week 2. In picture 2 you can see that all new shoots are being affected, new growth yellowing from the center out and leaves have that shriveled appearance. The last picture is of a different plant in the same tent, same soil just more perlite mixed in. Same watering and everything, very healthy though, no symptoms like the other one. Also curious what could be going on in the leaf in picture 3. Any idea what could be going on here? Im planning on doing some cloning in the next week so I really need to figure it out. Thanks in advance

Im not exactly sure what the problem would be, but you should probably try a flush with normal PH'd water until your runoff is coming out with a good ph range and low PPMs.

Once you establish a good ph and you know what your nute strength is you can work back into a normal feeding routine and watch for damage on the new growth. Kind of a fixall, hopefully it gets you on the right track :)

Also, have you checked for bugs? Those holes might be an indicator that somethings eating on your girls :<

Thanks for the response rentaldog. Should i flush even though i have not been using any nutrients? Just been watering once every few days, only nutes they have gotten is what was already in the FFOF. As for bugs, i have not really looked specifically for any but i do examine the plants pretty well everyday and have not seen any webs or anything. I will have to do some research and see what kind of bugs or signs of bugs i should be looking for. I took bugs off my list of possibilities because those holes and spots are only on that one plant. I have four others that look like the last picture i posted. Healthy with no yellowing, spots or holes. If it were something like bugs it would not only be on that one plant would it? Thanks again

Np :) if you haven't fed, id really take a look at your PH as the culprit. Do you have a way to check PH?

If you are at 4 weeks on just ffof, why not just fed 1/4 strength veg nutes? She's probably hungry. I really doubt it's the pH but always add pH corrected nutes.

They are starving for feed mate, they have depleted the nutes in the soil, normally when they go light on new growth its because they need a stronger ec/feed...

Dont know why people have been telling you to flush when youve only been feeding them water, they are starving for feed.

i would check your ph and just accordingly. Also i start to feed my girls around 600ppm after 3 weeks of being in ocean forest with my ph around 6.6. After about 3 weeks in ocean its time for them to get a light does of food. IMO

What's up rob. So yeah it's only affecting new growth with the yellowing from center of leaves to edges while veins stay green and the shriveled look. It's only on the new growth at top of each branch. And continues up as it grows. The shriveled appearance throws me off as well because I've never seen that on only the top or bottom of plant. Usually it's a result of overwatering in my experience and all leaves are affected.

Unfortunately both my ph pens have seen better days, got one in mail right now that will be here in 2 days. So then I'll be able to track my ph.

I figured they could be hungry but I thought that when they lack nutes it starts affecting leaves at the bottom first. Also they were just transplanted to bigger pots a week ago so I thought the nutes in soil from transplant would be enough to last more then a week. Plus the others are showing no signs of any problems yet, only this one. Maybe because this one is bigger it needs more nutes?
