Hard to tell with the picture, a close up would help. My girls get big knuckles like that at all the joints, i use silica blast and it helps build them strong like that.

Thay bubble right in the middle of the picture. Near where the main stem and one of the nodes meet.

Its something else your putting in the diet because your PH is good . I use hygrozyme and get those Moose Knuckles 
all the time, plus huge hollow stems to go with it. If you have purple stems its from the plants personal traits coming out like phenotypes. She might have really purple buds or just slight hughes later but I get alot of purple stems with no significance sometimes,so it really doesn't say alot to me until she's done.

Cool. I got the same thing. Blueberry strains have purple stems with green streaks so it's probably genetics. Good luck to you, sir!
