Roger that I actually wanted to get bread crates bread Co use to transport loafs of bread to stores as there plastic have big holes and big handles. So moving pots would be easier if I ever needed to move them.

Nope its heavily amended. I fed alfalfa /kelp tea a few weeks ago and have been water only

did you get them off the floor and something under them for drainage?
Those plants look really healthy for the most part.
Not sold on the deficiency, i'd be surprised if it was that.
I bet they'll recover, move them into a diff spot, and let them dry out a lil, obviously not to where they droop or anything but at least to where it's dry to the second knuckle on your finger.
I wouldn't feed them anything other than water though.
that soil has everything you need in it, especially if it's freshly transplanted.
I'd say it's either heat damge (unlikely because it's not at the tops only)
or overwatered, which is what I think it is.
Those plants going from a small container to a large one, sometimes retains too much water underneath, like @chuck estevez had mentioned.
Smartpots can keep a good amount of water in there, i'd say your problem is there.

I have lifted them up and I flushed them after we last spoke and letting them dry again. My watering is pretty lite imo. Every 2-3days I give them like 36 ounces of water except flushing. There getting worse. I almost want to pull them out room
