Chris, I apologize & have no excuse for why your order wasn't shipped unless there's an out of stock issue that I'm not aware of.

I know this won't make you feel better, but I've been pushing for them to put a process in place that redflags orders like this - ones that have been paid but not shipped within 24 hours of payment processing. They've finally agreed to add it to the system thanks to me being able to point out examples like yours.

I have placed three orders with gorrilla and all were good. two weeks to ilinois. week for money to get there week to receive. They are the first company I've bought from. wish gorilla had more selection though and not so many sold out! I have stayed with them out of fear of getting ripped off. a few id like to see are cali connection tahoe og and would like to see reserva privada kosher kush in stock again. So service was good but selection .....could get better. but cause you've done me good 4/5 imo

Still waitin on TGA subcool stuff from you guys.... Sherry said that it'd be a couple weeks and youd have it (couple months ago).... Also said that I'd have some auto seeds coming my way from you guys... I haven't heard from you guys since. I'm not complaining just wondering.. thanks guys youre really doing great work!

Frozen I will look into it, and get with Sherry on it. Might be monday some time before I get all the pieces put together. Also if you are willing pm me your email so I can shoot you an email and get you my direct point of contact. ( I only check forums once a day or so)

Just so everyone knows the deal, I had gotten so bogged down in customer service, including working forums like these, that I wasn't able to put up more than a couple new seeds each month.

Now that I have Gavin stepping in the help out, it'll take a little bit of time to get up to speed, but we should be able to get many more new seeds up each month along with doing more work on the site itself & other promotional type stuff that I can't share on a public thread because Rollitup admin won't talk to me about a sponsorship. If you check around, we've got some things going with stickers & I'm looking into T-shirts, hats, etc. for giveaways.

You're about the 10'th person/company I've seen make a similar type comment. Apparently RIU isn't interested in add revenue. I haven't seen an add on here in ages come to think of it.

Yes it is strange. It is a cool community for the end user regardless though. So we will be around here as much as we can without stepping on the advertising rules :0) When they get back to us we are happy to give them money and be able to offer more to the folks here :0)

Its most likely run for entertainment purposes without running the risk of legalities to protect the parties to be.

Sounds like everything was done right. I am going to look up the order just to check and see if things are moving along like they should be. I will get back with you via the email tied to the order :0)

Delivery time to the US can be 6 days to 3 weeks on average. I typically see orders make it from the UK to US soil in a matter of days, then it all depends on how long they take to get through customs ( outside of our control). Once shipped you will get an email with a tracking number that can be tracked on the Royal Mail , and usps web pages.
