Strain recommendations with northern lights

Hi peeps, I'm starting a DWC perpetual grow with 4 buckets, 2 of them dedicated to northern lights and the other 2 for a sativa. Would anybody like to share recommendations with me for the sativa I choose to grow with the northern lights, I will be cutting big clones and putting them into 12/12 as soon as they have a decent root system and I do have the ability to move the plants higher to get closer to the light to maintain an even canopy.

Please advise me of the strain name, breeder and how high I could expect the plants to grow under the circumstances of my grow (they will be flowered under a 600W HPS), also information about the high/taste/smell, I'd love it if you could try and sell all your faves to me (not literally, just like that terrible part of job interviews when they hand you the pen).

Just a few more details for any of you who would like to be my cannabis doctor and help with my prescription

I'm a professional athlete and I sprint, lift weights and run and swim multiple times a week and I'm also a university student. I chose northern lights as my recovery bud for when I'm just relaxing around the house or before bed but I also like to smoke a sativa before I exercise and sometimes before and during study, so please recommend any high quality buds that you think would both grow well with my northern lights and that you think would be well-suited to my lifestyle, thank you <3

World of Seeds (via Attitude) has a Northern Lights x Big Bud strain that I highly (!) recommend. The NL x BB strain is big, fast and easy to grow. Bonus as they are also easy to clone. NL x BB was my "strain of the year" for 2013 and I probably grew close to 60 of them via cloning.

Good luck and keep us posted. BigSteve.

Good luck with the northern lights. I just finished up 2 NL autos from sensi seeds. Got some nice yields off them

Go with super lemon haze from green house seeds. I have grown alot of different strains and still am today. I am rocking a handfull of tga strains, dna, emerald triangle seeds, dutch passion. There all quality and i would recommend them all. However super lemon haze can be topped grown short and still performs. On the stretch it wasn't to bad but i was only doing a three weeks veg under a 400watt mh. taste is absolutely awesome this nice lemon taste with a really crisp haze taste at the end no joke. I use to grow the same way as you but i used a 250watt hps and a full scrog with the small square netting. With the super lemon haze i would do really well. Plus there cheap and all seed banks have them.
