First time ive heard that one. My family dr said he didnt know enough about it to get involved or deal with the college. So he recommended a pain/mj friendly clinic but now with the thc caps and low gram per day numbers i wish i never bothered putting myself on the list.

there is no course your doctor is just avoiding prescribing an unapproved drug. Mine does the same and I confronted her on it with info form the hc webpage saying who can perscribe. The story then changed to the college frowns on it being prescribed and she doesn't want them breathing down her neck.

Ya that's kinda like my family doc he told me no on mmj. He actually tried blaming some of my symptoms on it. So I found a compationate doc else where he ended up passing away now my family doc has no problem signing me up with the mmpr. Fuck the gov racket called the mmpr!

Somehow alot of drs became ok with mj ever since the start of the mmpr.
I guess it has to do with the kickbacks or they hope the moldy shit weed kills us all

when my wife's pain Dr refused to sign because of the "harms of smoking anything" i told him she would be ingesting it...he got angry and said he wouldn't sign.
our first Dr who signed for us to go to a compassion club stopped working in public but i spoke with him & he told me the college is discouraging Dr's from signing and that was in 2005

Page 22 proves what I've been saying all this time FYI. 5 grams a day max under mmpr with that only applying to extreme situations. They say 3 grams a day would be enough for most mmj patients.
