Are my roots growing to fast?

Hey guys, last week I transplanted my Island Sweet Skunk from a solo cup to a 12 inch pot. The plant really hasn't grown much as it is almost a month since it sprouted. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but I can't believe the roots would of grown that fast to go through the pot.

Anyways, is this bad, and how do I protect the roots coming in through the bottom?

Thanks ahead of time, I really appreciate the help..

looks fine, it might be slow growing genetic, it should be bigger than that
but its still healthy, don't over water it, i see drips on the leaves
just give the soil some water, dont spray it, at this stage it only needs a small amount of water
make the soil evenly wet and let it almost dry out before you water again

even under a cfl it should be bigger, some plants grow very slowly in veg its just genetics nothing you can do about that
doesn't look like you have done anything wrong to me

this is about 3 weeks, you can see how small the plant on the far left is because its a genetic "runt" that lacks vigour compared to the rest of them
all in the same environment and conditions
