And honestly I believe that the patents for seeds/life is Only a Supreme Court ruling--Not a legislative law--so it Definitely does Not mean Anything other than an opinion to public and a ruling between the Two suing Parties.

i don't like monsanto (of course) however, this doesn't mean non-gmo weed is going away..it'll never be gone..it could never be gone..it would be pretty impossible.

maybe they want to make a stronger version?:bigjoint:

plus what exactly are they patenting? us government holds patent on everything thc; pages and pages of thc/cbd patents.

i'm gonna say it may be a challenge to actually patent something that can be cloned.

never say never. To say it's impossible is an understatement for it is Currently Happening.! Almost All Corn is tainted with gmo genes, ask Baker Creek Seed Company who are one the biggest buyers of Heirloom seed and they admitted this year it is becoming Exceedingly hard to find breeders who provide truly Pure Corn.

Also almost Any plant can be cloned.

I love Monsanto! That company has done more to benefit mankind than any Democrat I can think of. Just their ability to make progressives sputter is enough to make them valuable.

When it becomes fully legalized. The market will close on home growers and they will genetically modify weed that is 10x more potent and cheaper than anything you could grow. While at the same time buying politicians to so tightly regulate cultivation that is going to be impossible for you to legally grow. Unless you got millions

how can the market ever close on something you can propagate? and what do you mean by market closing?

i'll believe it when i see it..10x more potent and cheaper.
