Depends how much you add. If you meant how much to add, I would go with anywhere between 100-200 ppms.

Yes ive been just adding 3ml to a gallon.. never checked my ppms after adding.. is that on a .5 or .7 scale?

Good question. Whatever HM digital ppm meters scale at? I've been meaning to look that up. I only use ppm's as a yard stick. Basically when checking my reservoir after topping off and maing sure any fresh batch isn't too hot. Depending on what brand you're adding 3ml/gal is a good starting point. I usually just add a teaspoon(5ml) per gallon. It will also depend on whether or not your nutes have any calcium or magnesium in them already. If not, you might want to add a little more.

Im using sensi grow which does have cal/mag in but ive always added it before im just new to using ro water.. also i feed, feed, water. Now should i add just cal/mag when i just water since ro water has nothing in it?

For sure! I don't want to give you too much "advice" here. What I do works for me but others do something like you descride. I feed every time and I'm in coco. Again, others do it differently. What medium are you using?

Yeah, that can happen, especially in soil. I haven't used soil since I first started and haven't looked back really. Hydroponics are easy as shit and coco is far superior to soil. imo. In a soil/coco mix I would probably do the feed, feed, water method. But I would add a little calmag to the RO when watering, maybe half dose?
