Sweet rabbits doc. I got some of your swamp wreck 5 beans today. Looking forward to popping them soon.

California electric will make you want to cry at 15-35 or so cents a kwh like hippy said.
They're still making that much money on you guys? I thought ENRON
was shut down, I guess not.

In my ten years of growing here in Southern California electricity is the highest in cost in home grows. Two years ago we acquired a warehouse to grow in and set up a commercial account and the electrical cost dropped to half the cost. Security and anonymity is our highest concern now. Our collective was broken into and they gained access to our seed storage room. Stole every single seed we had. They damaged four 12 plant hydro units and stole 48 veg stage plants. Worst part is are seed storage. We can regrow, we can rebuild and repair. Then of course we got hassled by the Cops when they came out. Bad month....;(

Prior to the nightmare we were looking into installing solar on the roof. Electrical cost would drop to basically nothing in cost. Instead it's repair and rebuild time.

Yea that sucks! I will have to have me or my wife on site when the outdoor flowers start. Lucky me and the wife work opposite shifts so we can manage it. I would shit if my seed stash got stolen. I could get some again but some would be gone forever.

A friend had a cat that would use the cat door and bring them in the house to show them off...until he brought in a live one. The cat door was permanently closed.

cof
We have a few of those star nosed moles, damn they're UGLY!!!
God must have had a hangover when they were thought up.
On the other hand if you have moles you have a healthy worm population.

Looking nice in here Doc :) love the bunnies...I've never eaten rabbit though.

@Digital_life sorry to hear that...sucks to be ripped off.
I would love to cook some for you this fall if you want. I love it and have been eating it from time to time my whole life. We would eat it at the family reunion in Adams TN. If any of you have seen An American Haunting it is the same town as Red River TN in the movie. The old school and thrasher man show area is were we would have it. The old Bell slave house was still standing there and all the kids would run and play in it. It is the most documented hunting case in American history.

got some worms coming for the bottom of that rabbit cage if you wanna do flow thru composting :)
I have the first set of 2 x 8 going around the bottom and will be putting more. I just used all I had. I want to have about 2 ft or so of worms in the bottom.
