Get 3 x 600s instead of 2 x 1000s, a little more/about the same light, less watts, less heat. Also how many plants are you planning on throwing in there in those 5 gallon pots? With that size pot i would throw 8 total in that space and grow huge, top if you feel like/depending on strain, make them fit your space, but if it looks like you're going to be crowded, you are.

I already have an 1000 watt hid so im just gonna get another, the most common answer it seems is about 8-12 plants that I should do in my space, I have my inline fan that will be pulling the heat from both of the hids and smell through a carbon filter.

Better be a huge inline fan for 2 1000s, gonna be hot.

Possible for ac in the shed? Or maybe co2? Vent through both the lights using a hole in each side of the shed. Seal the room. Cut a hole and buildba stand for the ac. Get a co2 tank and regulator and and run it at about 1.2-1.5. Would be a perfect room.

Think itd be too crowded for all that.

Its an Active Air 8" Inline running at full power pulling 720CFM.
Might be ok I use a fan that size on my 3x5 tent, 6" but 740cfm. Any ac? We had to use a 12" for every three 1000s we ran together during the summer in la, supplemented by an 8". No ac though.

No AC, my lights always come on at 6pm, I run the lights at night so it dosnt get too hot in my room.

Where do you live? I'm in Los Angeles, and while 1 fan works with no ac for on of my 600s, if i ran three of them I would expect to be adding ac or more fans. 2 x 1000s get really hot. It is very different from running one. You might be ok though...

Have you ran 2x 1000s in that shed before? Im running 2x 1000s inside in a 4x8 tent and I would have heat issues bad without a/c.

I live in Sacramento, you may be right, another 1000 could be a game changer, but with this last grow I didnt even have the fan connected to my hood and it still stayed a reasonable temperature, if it does get too hot ill just run the lights at 600watts each instead of 1000.

That's a solution that may work, just remember when you use dimmers on digital ballasts, you change the spectrum of your bulbs unless you swap lower wattage bulbs on too, which will mess with the efficiency of your lights. Also bulb lifetime is cut down.
