Help please. Can't find the problem

Hello guys I've got a problem. It looks like a trips but I'm not sure. Can't see a single bug over my plant. But I see the problem on every leaf on my whole plant. Can you guys please advice from the picutres? Thanks.

I did not see any Thrips. But they do look Thripy.I would still be giving them a good dose of "monterey organic garden insect spray consentate"

It will kill many kinds of bugs.

Appears to be physical damage. Shows some possible clawing from N tox. Did that leaf come from near a fan?

Probably based on the two attachements showin thrip eggs and thrip damage...

When I zoom in on the leave itself I am seeing black specks that look like thrip crap.

I agree with you guys I got miss leaded I haven't noticed the two pics included.

Thank you guys. Because I'm 1 week from harvest I guess I won't be treating the problem. But will disinfect my grow tools.
