True but the two biggest problems I have with MPP's initiative is that it gives local jurisdictions the right to ban home cultivation if they feel it's a nuisance or dangerous I think most city's in Arizona will jump at the opportunity to ban it outright and MPP knows this they are only interested in keeping the dispensery monopoly going and it also keeps marijuana a felony in Arizona so if someone is 1 gram over the limit they can be charged with a felony I will be voting for AZFMR's initiative.
It's Arizona, we can't get rid of a way to throw someone in prison. What about the people that will be growing their own at home? You saying if they grow more than 2.5 ounces they are going to be felons?
