Early stages of nute burn or nitrogen deficiency?

I have A recirculating hydroponic grow system. A 5 Gal with a 10Gal res. with about 7Gal of water. I have it set up to pump the water in through the net pot down over the root and out a drain hole in the bottom of the bucket. I have recently upped my nutes at almost 5 weeks and am using advanced nutrients jungle juice.

Magnesium usually starts at the bottom of the plant.
Do an epsom salt foliage spray. If nothing happens Its either zinc or iron.

Just flushed it and upped the nutes. I was going easy because it was young. But through my research I have found that the nutes actually need to be higher in a recirculating system.

it doesn't look very happy, have you ruled out other problems like temps, and the root zone
are the roots getting enough or too much water at the early stages of root development in hydro this is important

it looks very small at almost 5 weeks, it has not developed any real branching, something has gone pretty badly wrong
is it growing under a cfl ?

nute deficiencies are the least of your worries, you need to re-check everything system wise/ environment wise
back to the drawing-board so to speak

peace

Not 5 weeks into veg 5 weeks total from seedling.

I do fear that the way I have it set up to pump the water over the hydroton pebbles and down into the bucket will hinder the growth and lead to problems.

So its 2 1/2 weeks into veg.

i think your problems maybe with the system itself rather than nutes, the plant does not look as if it has developed properly from the start
no branching it looks quite woody at the stem with no lower growth in the picture
the environment could be off too, if the roots were sitting in too much water or not enough oxygen at the root zone
it will not grow very well, it looks like it has grown under a cfl , the blemishes on the leaves i do not know what that is
you can look that up i guess

at almost 5 weeks

was that a mistake or did i read something wrong, so its 2 1/2 weeks old ?

you are missing a piece of info... what are you keeping Ph at?? looks like a micro nute problem. I did notice with those nutes the micro had a N value of 5%... that seems very stupidly high... especially when you need to be using it in flower, you dont want that much N i wouldn't think. But i don't do hydro so I can't say that N value is too high for sure... I think you will see an improvement with a little nutrient boost. just watch the nitrogen because i see a little claw on some of the leaves in the third picture.

I try to keep it at 5.5. Yea I have noticed some nute burns. I tried to be easy and hold off on nutes as long as possible. But after 2 weeks of seedling it started yellowing.
